On top of the disclosure that anti-corruption investigations are direct causes of terrorism, a case against the government seeking to overturn the Serious Fraud Office’s decision to drop an inquiry into bribes paid to the Saudis by BAE Systems has thrown up another interesting revelation. According to Lord Justice Moses, the documents presented by the government to the court have led him to conclude that after Saudi pressure to drop the investigation:
"… we have seen nothing that suggests that anybody did anything other than just roll over"
And yet somehow I don’t see the British Tourist Authority adopting "The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland: Suppository for the Saudis" as their official slogan.

My understanding thus far is that the Stupid Farce Office dropped the investigation because the Saudis threatened to “stop supplying info on terroists..” Given that anything from them would be, apart from typically self serving, utterly useless to man or half sentient beast.
Why do we go on treating them as if they operated on the same value system? Anyone with a passing knowledge of Isam, let alone Wahhabism, knows that lieing to the infidel is not only allowed but almost de rigeur, given that our aims must necessarily be completely opposite.
